After their clever victory over Saunders University, the Ooarai girls now have to face the Italian girls from Anzio High School in the second round of the 63rd International Sensha-Dou Tournament. The spirited Anzio girls, led by the charismatic Chiyomi Anzai, advance the battle with deceptive tactics and secret weapons. Ooarai soon realizes that what may seem like mere ceremony can turn the tide of events in a nasty way for them. Whether they win or lose the match, their school's destruction still hangs by a thread.
